「Gig economyって何？未来をつくる実験区100BANCHの目指すものは?」
みなさんは‘’Gig economy’’という言葉を聞いたことがありますか？最近は日本でもフリーランスで仕事をする人をサポートするクラウドワークスやランサーズなどが登場しています。テクノロジーを駆使して、個人が組織に属さず単発の仕事を請け負うことを可能にするプラットフォームビジネスが、Gig economyを構成しています。アジア各国ではGig economyの企業数もずっと多いようです。
第59回「ダボスの経験を東京で」には、Tech-in Asia JapanのCEO David Corbin氏と内閣府公認クールジャパン・アンバサダーであるBenjamin Boas氏をお招きして、アジアでのGig economyの現状や今後についてお話頂き、Gig economyが私たちにもたらす可能性を考えます。
セッションは創業100周年を迎えたパナソニックが、100BANCHという未来をつくる実験区としてデザインしたスペースで行います。実際のGig economyのプロジェクト内容をご紹介頂き、参加者の皆さんにも今後のプロジェクト発展のためのアイデアを一緒に考えて頂きます。

“What is gig economy? What is happening at space for experiment-100BANCH?”
‘’Gig economy’’ is the new form of economy designed with different logic and structure from the traditional economy. It includes ‘’platform business’’ such as Crowdworks and Lancers in Japan. People working in the gig economy has been increasing rapidly and many more are now emerging in Asian countries.
Two guests – David Corbin, Head of Tech-in-Asia and Benjamin Boas, international communication consultant and Ambassador for Cool Japan at the Government-who are knowledgeable experts for gig economy in Asia will explain the current landscape and outlook of gig economy in Asia and implications for our career and lifestyle.
100BANCH is designed by Panasonic which celebrates 100th anniversary this year to collaborate with young entrepreneurs, for the purpose of creating new value for the next 100 years. Several projects at 100BANCH will be presented with their plans and we can make suggestions for further development and collaboration.

もっと世界を舞台に、堂々と議論できる人を育てようという目的からから毎月行われているのが、一橋大学名誉教授の石倉洋子が担当するプロジェクト「ダボスの経験を東京で」(Davos experience in Tokyo、以降「DEX」)シリーズです。
To lead young people to be Global innovative leader, we offer opportunities for young people to discuss about global issues, express their opinions, and share with others in English. Participants will engage in breakout group discussion with diversified people, like the most exciting part of WEF Annual Meeting in Davos.

1994年、東京都生まれ。慶應義塾大学法学部政治学科在学中。2012年に若者と政治を繋ぐ活動を開始。その後、法人化し、18歳選挙権実現の立役者となる。その後若い世代の夢を描き、誰しもが表現できる場を創るために 2016年にアオイエを立ち上げる。2017年に法人化し、代表に就任。コミュニティを再定義し、価値観を変え、思想を変え、生き方を変えることを目指す。

Professor Emeritus, Hitotsubashi UniversityYoko Ishikura
Professor Yoko Ishikura currently serves as an independent consultant in the area of global strategy and global talent. She is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on Education and Skills. Professor Ishikura was a manager at McKinsey & Company Inc., a professor at the School of International Politics, Economics and Business at Aoyama Gakuin University (Japan), a professor at the Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy at Hitotsubashi University (Japan) and a professor at the Graduate School of Media Design at Keio University (Japan)
She has also served as a non-executive director for Japanese, US and UK companies, as well as vice president of the Science Council of Japan. Professor Ishikura received a Bachelor of Arts from Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business (USA) and a Doctor of Business Administration from Harvard Business School (USA).
She also gave various workshops for international clients and recently for young global leaders including Global Agenda Seminar Series, Davos Experience in Tokyo and Leadership seminars.
